Refund policy

Orchard Home offers a 30-day, no quibble money back returns policy. If you're not happy with an item and wish to return it, please advise us within 14 days of receipt and return within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be posted via a fully insured and trackable service. The buyer is responsible for the return postage unless damaged or miss shipped.

We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit so please make sure they are packaged correctly and are covered by the courier.

All items must be returned in their original packaging. A refund will be issued within five days of the item being returned.

Goods damaged in transit:

While we take every effort to pack items to the highest of standards to keep them safe while they travel, occasionally breakages do happen. We're proud of our low damage rates but if a product does arrive in less-than-perfect condition, it must be reported to us within 24 hours via email. We will then arrange collection of the damaged goods and will get a replacement sent to you.

This only covers items delivered to the agreed address. If the items have been forwarded to another address by a party not affiliated with Orchard Home, we cannot accept responsibility.

Cancellation after dispatch:

Should a customer wish to cancel an order after a dispatch notification has been received and before delivery they must put in writing to info@orchard-home.com as soon as possible. Orchard Home reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 to cover handling and shipping costs incurred. This will be deducted from refund which will be issued within 5 days of cancellation.
